A Correct Plan of the Cities of London & Westminster & Borough of Southwark, including the Bills of Mortality, with the Additional Buildings &c., a small plan from New River Head to Lambeth, and from Bethnal Green to Hyde Park, issued as a supplement to vol 30 of the London Magazine, engraved plan, 230 x 405mm., trimmed to border line and title, with loss of last character, ending with the last '&', remargined, faint old folds, [Howgego 120], 1761; with the left sheet, only, of George Vertue's copy of John Leake's 'An Exact Surveigh of the Streets, Lanes, and Churches, Comprehend'd [within the ruins of the City of London], originally issued in 1667, from Cripplegate to Baynard's Castle, and from Allhallows to Fetter Lane, engraved plan, 535 x 630mm., slight surface dirt, a few marginal repairs, [c.f. Howgego 21 (a)], for the Society of Antiquaries, 1723;
also with Map of Extension Lines into Metro-Land, c.1915, and Cycling Map Twenty Miles Around London (South West Sheet) , both with tears and repairs, (4)

Lots marked with a delta symbol (δ) are subject to the Artist's Resale Right Law.The buyer agrees to pay Bloomsbury Auctions an amount equal to the resale royalty and we will pay such amount to the artist's collecting agent. Resale royalty applies where the Hammer price is 1,000 Euros or more and the amount cannot be more than 12,500 Euros per lot. The amount is calculated as follows:

Invoices will, as usual, be issued in Pounds Sterling. For the purposes of calculating the resale royalty the Pounds Sterling/ Euro rate of exchange will be the European Central Bank reference rate on the day of the sale.
