Moore, also Paris, Rittner & Goupil, 385 x 455mm (15 1/4 x 18 in) *** From a series of horse portraits referred to as Moore's Celebrated Winners, the plate gives details, in French and English, of Beggarman's tremendous record both at home and at numerous courses in France and Belgium. Condition report: Slight attenuation of colour, mounted to within the platemark, slightly obscuring the first leters of French text lines, but well outside the image.
