Bible, Latin, single f., including the beginning of Proverbs, illuminated manuscript on vellum, 46 lines, double column, written in black ink in a very small gothic bookhand, 6-line initial with miniature of Solomon teaching, with marginal bar border in gold and blue, verso with bar border between columns in gold, blue, red and white, left-hand margin with initials in red or blue with marginal pen-and-ink decoration in the contrasting colour, rubricated, later name at head, 135 x 90 mm., [Paris], [c. 1300].
