American, 1930s rectangular green veined marble base with one groove, two brass columns supporting an octagonal Elgin 8-day clock, with two lined green Doric tulips and matching Gold Seal Doric lever-filled desk pens, one with adjustable 5, the other adjustable 7 nib, one replaced feed, minor chips to edges of base, very good/excellent.
