English, registered design lozenge, 8th September 1855 with oval looped filigree and hand engraved decoration over a royal blue enamel base, with cast foliate flared octagonal terminal set with foiled glass over a single lead reservoir, rare and unusual, but lacks much of the enamel, and a reeded silver Butler pencil with cast terminal set with bloodstone over a multiple lead reservoir, fair/good.
