English, circa 1850 the shaped brass holder with patent on each of the side-plates, and patent perryian gravitating / inkstand / perry & co london with Prince of Wales feathers on the top, an octagonal glass inkwell on swivel-mounts, on scallop-shaped base with sprumg grip and penrest, 2¼ in (5.5 cm) high, excellent noting very minor chips in spout; rare.
