840. Pusey (Fred) and William Lane. A series of twenty six large designs for “Esther Waters”, two in crayon, the remainder in ink and wash, some with added gouache, one with a sequence of twelve storyboard images for the Meeting House episode, the others all large scenes, many with characters, depicting various settings within Woodview and other houses, the infirmary, the Meeting House, and the fairground, thirteen signed “Lane”, one signed “Fred Pusey”, one in card mount, approximately 550mm. by 720mm.
