With the PRC crackdown and zero tolerance policy on all matters relating to the demonstration for democracry, riot and subsequent massacre in Tiananmen Square on the 4th June 1989, such original posters issued during the course of these events are very rare. Even the posession of these posters by ordinary citizens was considered an offence and very few are believed to have been successfully sent out of China to the West.
