Grimmond (George) Standard and Exclusive Original Magic, a notebook with 51 pages of sketches and designs for apparatus, some with descriptions, and otherus notes, the majority 1936-1939, original half roan, titled on upper cover, oblong 4to; and three other notebooks, one containing 16 pages of drawings of lighting and scenery, 5 pages of designs for conjuror’s tables, a design and description for a spirit writing slate, and other designs and text, in pencil, much of the text transcribed in ink on opposite pages, about 150pp. in all, 8vo , [c.1935]; another, about 70pp., with details of programmes, designs for apparatus, in ring binder, [c.1947-1957]; the last an early Crystal Palace School of Engineering notebook with diagrams and circuits for electrical apparatus, and later notes giving a breakdown of the time needed to create a Vanish Biscuit Tin and a “Guilloteen”, designs for radio or record player cabinets, Coin in a Glass, 1963, and A House from a Brick to produce a Girl; with an early publicity leaflet and two copies of “The Wizard” featuring George Grimmond, in box file
