Provenance: This album was reportedly sold, in contemporary binding, at Sotheby’s on 13th July 1976 as lot 575. It was then purchased by its present owner from a Mr Page of ‘Kokoro’ in 1976. There is an explanation of provenance present in the first few ff. of the album.
