Included in this lot is an autograph manuscript translation into French of Eighteen Maxims by the author's son Reginald, 1832, written in an 8vo notebook and illustrated with an amusing ink portrait of Teresa Tidy and eight other designs. The manuscript concludes with an Epitaph for Theresa Tidy in a different hand, supposedly written by "one of the young community who were annoyed by the system she proposed", apparently by Elizabeth Graham herself, signed with initials "ESG MM".
