The first edition was published in 1690: Wing H1576A lists the only known copy published by W. Fisher and R. Mount. It was followed by a second in 1691 from the same publishers with engraved illustrations. The present copy is the second of the three different editions all described as the second. Another was published in 1702 by J. Darby. A copy of the 1691 edition appears to be the only one of any edition to be sold at auction.
