The author's first book.
Col. Richard Stanley Hawks Moody (1854-1930), soldier, served with “the Buffs” (East Kent Regiment) in India and wrote Historical Records of the Buffs , published in 1923. His markings and annotations are based on his own experiences on the North-West Frontier.
