Tomio Seike was born in 1943 in Tokyo. After finishing his studies at the Japan Photographic Academy (1970) he started working as a free-lance photographer. Tomio Seike lives between Tokyo, London and Paris. His work is included in the following collections: the Bibliothèque Nationale, the Maison Européenne de la Photographie, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, the Santa Barbara Museum of Art, and Sir Elton John's Collection.
