A handsomely bound copy of the ‘edition de Régent’. The drawings for the plates were made by Philippe, duc d’ Orléans under the tutelage of Antoine Coypel in 1714. This does not have the additional plate ‘Les petits pieds’, which was not issued by the Comte de Caylus until 1728.
