
3. Augustine ( Saint, Aurelius Augustinus of Hippo) De Trinitate, 85 ff. (of 86, lacking a1), double column, 54 lines and headline, Gothic letter, capitals supplied alternately in red and blue, some capitals in red and blue and with marginal flourishes, a2&3 and e1&3 with lower corner repaired, not affecting text, g4 verso small 19th century repair to hole, (red capital and a few letters sympathetically supplied in manuscript), 3 small stains just within text, a few small marginal stains elsewhere, but generally crisp and clean, 19th century blind-stamped morocco, rebacked, preserving original backstrip, corners worn, rubbed and scuffed, [BMC III, 753; Goff A-1345], folio, [Basel], [Johann Amerbach], 1490.
