David Bailey’s Live Aid Portraits were originally sold at Sotheby’s on behalf of the Band Aid Ethiopian Relief Fund on Monday 4th November 1985. Thirty-five photographs were sold at the charity auction including the following six lots. All prints are framed with glass backs showing the signatures of each sitter.
