Indian School.- A group of paintings of courtly and other scenes, including 1 of wrestling and 3 of household or court scenes, 6 gouache paintings, a few heightened in gold, four on manuscript text leaves, v.s., the rest on cloth or paper, 18th-19th century; with a rice paper book, ‘Obeisance to the Three Treasures’, with illustrations, black and red ink with pink colouring, on rice paper, 103 x 255mm., sewn with rolled paper string, some wear and spotting, 19th century; with 2 paintings from the oriental school and 1 on papyrus, watercolours, v.s., 19th century (10)
